2- The required product: All the locally manufactured clothing and accessories contained in the license in accordance with the terms and standards

3- Subject matter of the agreement between the two parties:

3.1- The subject matter of the Distance Sales Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) will be requested electronically from the Buyer's website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). It is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and delivery of the product, which has the qualifications specified in the site and for which the selling price has been determined.

3-2- The provisions of this agreement are governed by the general provisions of the Turkish Commercial Law No. 6102 and the Law of Obligations No. 6098, as the two parties are merchants within the scope specified in the Turkish Commercial Law No. Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and related secondary legislation does not apply to the subject of the contract. In this context, since the definition of “consumer” does not apply to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law in terms of buyers, the buyers are not entitled to benefit from the rights and powers, especially the withdrawal right granted to consumers in accordance with the aforementioned legislation.

3-3- The buyer shall be informed of all information related to the product subject to sale, basic qualifications, selling price, quantity, payment method, delivery terms, conditions for cancellation and similar return to the product mentioned above. 3-4- The advance information form, identification invoice, terms of use and privacy statement on the site’s payment page are considered annexes and an integral part of this agreement.

4- Rights and obligations of both parties:

2- It is not possible to change the order after completing the process, in case there is a last-minute amendment, please contact customer service. We will try to amend your order in case the goods have not been shipped.

3- In the event that the customer requests a change of specifications or the place of receipt from one branch to another, there may be a delay in receipt or an increase in the cost.

4- The execution of requests made before 12 noon on the same day will start. As for requests made after 12 noon, implementation will start on the next day. Therefore, the customer has no right to request a refund or request to receive part of the goods.

5- We deliver the goods through approved shipping companies, which are the third party in the process, and the customer has the right to request the consignment's serial number.

6- The delivery times mentioned in the table are estimates. They may be affected by involuntary factors that are not subject to legal accountability, such as bad weather, machinery breakdown, vehicle breakdown, unavailability of the required materials, delay of the transport company in transporting goods, or even unofficial holidays due to epidemics and diseases.

7- It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the goods immediately, receiving them from the shipping company directly, to inform us in case there is a request to correct the error, either by returning the product or returning the amount. In the event of a disagreement, a competent third party is referred to the matter.

8 - OPPA TEKSTİL disclaims all liability for any indirect loss or loss to the third party for any reason. If the goods are defective for any reason, including negligence. Specific Oba Textile's responsibility to correct the error (if any)

9- It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the information, colors and sizes before uploading the file to the site, and the customer is not entitled to demand to return the goods or return the amount in the event of an error.

10- OPPA TEKSTİL provides customers with high-end gift packaging service through the website at an additional cost to be paid before starting the design.

11- Due to some technical reasons, OPPA TEKSTİL does not guarantee the color tone except according to what is listed on the site, so please contact us before approval of the application if the color tone is important.

12- Change in specifications may be subject to change in prices or delivery times.

13- OPPA TEKSTİL is not responsible for the goods after receiving them within a maximum period of 30 days.

14- Providing OPPA TEKSTİL payment by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal service, which guarantees the customer complete confidentiality during payment.

15- OPPA TEKSTİL has the right to change prices without any prior notice, and this condition does not apply to the orders in progress.

16- The discount applies to the mentioned items, and this does not apply to the rest of the items.

17 - Inquiries are answered during business days from 9 am to 5 pm. Otherwise, inquiries will be answered on the next working day.

18 - OPPA TEKSTİL takes care of the confidentiality of information in general, except for some cases beyond our control in any case, the customer does not have the right to file a complaint or case or demand a fine.

19- Please preview the request carefully and correct errors before approval, especially for wholesale orders.

20- Please note that we are not responsible for any defect for which Oba Textile was not notified upon receipt, or for any defect that was not apparent upon checking within 48 hours from the date of receipt, or for any defect of the product arising after the recommendation
